NEW FTx134 GPS TRACKERS – WITH FLEXIBLE INPUTS FOR FULL CONTROL AND VERSATILITY
14/05/26
We are excited to introduce FTC134 and FTM134 – the first ADVANCED category GPS trackers built on Teltonika’s innovative FT platform. They come with the added benefits, offering improved GNSS accuracy, low power consumption, and enhanced flexibility. Designed for various industry use cases, these devices allow you to tailor their functionality to your specific needs.

FLEXIBILITY THAT ADAPTS TO YOUR USE CASE
Business operations change over time, often requiring new hardware for fleet management, as older devices cannot keep up with shifting requirements. With the ADVANCED category trackers built on the FT platform, we introduce configurable interfaces, meaning that the function of each input can be switched and adapted over time.
FTx134 models feature 12 available inputs, four of which are fully configurable, allowing you to decide how each input will function. Whether it is triggering a buzzer for overspeeding, monitoring cargo temperature, or detecting door status, Teltonika’s new devices adapt to your requirements.
Thanks to the 1-Wire support, you can connect temperature sensors or iButton keys to enable temperature monitoring or driver identification. This way, you are in control who can use the vehicle and track driver activity during the day.
Additionally, you can choose from two connectivity options: FTC134 comes with 4G LTE Cat 1 and FTM134 with 4G LTE Cat M1 network support.
Compared with the previous-generation FMx130 models, FTC134 and FTM134 trackers offer additional benefits provided by the FT platform. Improved GNSS accuracy is crucial for car-sharing service providers to eliminate inaccurate location data while vehicles are parked. Meanwhile, low power consumption is essential in agriculture and construction, especially when vehicles remain unused for extended periods of time (e.g., non-season).
ADVANCED DATA INSIGHTS AND ENHANCED SECURITY
For businesses requiring deeper insights, FTx134 devices support CAN adapters to access real-time vehicle data like RPM, fuel level, and engine load. This allows fleet managers to optimise vehicle performance, schedule maintenance proactively, and improve overall operational efficiency.
In addition, more scenarios can be enabled using non-wired accessories. With Bluetooth® 5.4, our devices detect more EYE Sensors and EYE Beacons at longer distances while maintaining stable connectivity and higher energy efficiency.
To improve the security of any fleet, FTx134 trackers support remote engine immobilisation, geofencing alerts, jamming detection, and many other features helping to prevent theft and unauthorised vehicle usage.
Being flexible, reliable, and improved, our new trackers adapt to various business needs – from fleet security to vehicle and driver monitoring.
FAQ
What does ‘configurable interfaces’ mean?
FTx134 devices offer four configurable interfaces that can be adapted to your specific needs. Each interface can be assigned to a different function through Telematics Configuration Tool (TCT). For example, Input 11 supports DIN2 / AIN2 / 1-Wire to select various options including:
Digital input can be configured for ignition detection;
Analog input can be used to connect an analog sensor, such as a fuel level sensor for fuel monitoring;
1-Wire can be selected to connect a temperature sensor for temperature monitoring.
How do FTx134 models suit the car-sharing market compared to Teltonika’s best-selling FMx130 trackers?
FTx134 devices include all the features available in the FMx130 models as well as additional enhancements thanks to the FT platform, such as improved GNSS accuracy to ensure that vehicles remain clearly visible and easy to locate, even when parked in narrow streets or dense urban areas. Higher GNSS precision also means fewer track jumps, helping to avoid incorrect billing, prevent route mix-ups, and reduce false geofence-triggered alarms.
